|
Key Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Roadmap: Formulate and execute product development strategies, product roadmaps, and portfolio management across multiple brand concepts. Research food trends and consumer insights to launch seasonal menus, LTOs, and new culinary concepts. - R&D & Menu Optimization: Lead new product development, recipe standardization, product testing, and continuous improvement. Optimize food costs and conduct menu engineering analyses to maximize profitability while maintaining customer experience. - Operational Standardization: Standardize Master Data, recipes, Bill of Materials (BOM), raw material yields, portion control, SOPs, and quality standards for seamless chain-wide deployment and central kitchen integration. - Cross-functional & Supply Chain Project Management: Partner with Marketing, Operations, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Central Kitchen, and L&D to drive end-to-end product rollout plans on schedule. Evaluate new raw materials and assist QA with food safety compliance. - Team Leadership & Capability Building: Direct, mentor, and build the capability of the R&D team. Train operational and central kitchen teams using a "Train-the-Trainer" model. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
Education: Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines. Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D or Product Development within the F&B sector. - Minimum 2 years of experience in an R&D managerial/leadership role. - Proven track record of successfully developing and rolling out new products for F&B chains scaling 20+ stores/outlets. Experience working with Central Kitchens is a strong advantage. Technical Knowledge & Skills: - Strong expertise in culinary product development, menu engineering, food costing, and SOP standardization. |
