|
- End to end planning & management of raw
materials, packaging, labels and imported finished goods to ensure optimal
material availability for production and order fulfilment. - Lead the MRP function & drive inventory optimization - Participating in Product & BOM management - Confirm the production and supply plan for both Domestic and Export markets - Aligning production capacity with demand, and ensuring timely fulfillment through effective production and outsourcing coordination - Balancing customer service levels with operational efficiency and inventory health. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: 5+ years of experience in materials, production, or supply planning (preferably in manufacturing or lubricants/chemicals industries), with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior planning role. - Technical Systems: Strong expertise in SAP (especially MRP, MM, and PP modules) is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and analytical reporting. - Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of production processes, capacity planning, contract manufacturing coordination, BOM management, and master data control. - Core Skills: Results-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and capable of making informed decisions under pressure. - Leadership: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a high level of accountability and a continuous improvement mindset.
