Take responsibility for P&L management and overall production business performance.

Manage product development and product management, ensuring products meet business and market requirements.

Report directly to the Expat General Manager and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth business and production operations.

Degree or professional experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 

Proficient in Chinese communication. 

Strong knowledge and experience in P&L and product management.
