|
Lead and manage the Sample Room to ensure sample development is completed according to technical requirements, quality standards and customer schedules. Establish effective processes and coordinate closely with Technical, Merchandising, Purchasing and Production teams … to ensure samples are production-ready. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sample Room Setup & Management | Thiết lập & quản lý Phòng Mẫu Establish workflow, layout, manpower allocation and operating procedures for the Sample Room. 2. Sample Development | Phát triển mẫu Manage the complete sample development process from technical documents, cutting, sewing and finishing to final sample approval. 3. Technical Control | Kiểm soát kỹ thuật Ensure samples meet specifications, construction, workmanship and material requirements, and identify technical issues before mass production. 4. Quality & Delivery | Chất lượng & tiến độ Control sample quality and ensure samples are completed accurately and on schedule. 5. Team Management | Quản lý đội ngũ Lead, assign, train and evaluate sample makers and cutters to improve productivity and workmanship. 6. Cross-functional Coordination | Phối hợp liên phòng ban Work closely with Technical, Merchandising, Purchasing, QC and Production to resolve issues and ensure smooth sample-to-production handover. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sample Room, Technical or similar management position in the handbag/bag manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of handbag construction, sewing techniques, product specifications and materials/accessories. - Good English communication skills, - Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning and team management skills. - Ability to establish SOPs and build an effective Sample Room operation from the setup stage.
