|
* Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new customers in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. * Proactively identify and approach potential customers through market research, networking and direct sales activities to generate new business opportunities. * Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets. * Understand customer requirements and develop suitable freight management solutions and competitive pricing proposals. * Build and maintain customer relationships, monitor account performance and identify opportunities for business growth. * Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Customer Service and external logistics partners to ensure effective service delivery. * Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate CRM records and monitor customer payment status and accounts receivable. * Develop and improve SOPs and sales processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
* At least 10 years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding, particularly in Sales or Business Development. * Strong track record in hunting and closing new customers. * Fluent in Chinese and business-level English. * Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
