|
Accounting Operations - Support the Accounting & Finance Manager in managing daily accounting activities and financial operations. - Review and verify accounting transactions in the system to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper recording. - Manage accounts receivable and coordinate with the Sales team to follow up on outstanding payments. - Assist other departments in understanding and complying with corporate financial policies and procedures. - Monitor and record operating expenses accurately in the accounting system. Cost Accounting & Inventory Management - Perform product costing calculations and analyze variances between standard costs and actual costs. - Review costing information and investigate discrepancies to ensure reliable cost reporting. - Prepare monthly inventory analysis reports covering obsolete, slow-moving, and aging stock. - Monitor inventory records and ensure accurate accounting treatment of inventory-related transactions. - Calculate fixed asset depreciation, allocate prepaid expenses, and record relevant journal entries. Payroll & Tax Compliance - Review and record payroll-related transactions, statutory insurance contributions, and personal income tax. - Prepare and submit tax declarations, including Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Value Added Tax (VAT). - Perform tax reconciliation and coordinate with tax authorities when required. - Ensure accurate tax calculations and timely submission of statutory declarations. Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing - Perform month-end closing activities, including reviewing general ledger entries, reconciling account balances, and resolving accounting discrepancies. - Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Reports, and Trial Balances. - Support the Accounting & Finance Manager in completing monthly financial reports before the 10th day of the following month. - Participate in annual budgeting and financial planning activities. - Ensure accounting records and expense information are maintained accurately and updated on time. - Handle additional accounting and finance responsibilities assigned by the Accounting Manager or Board of Directors. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- College or university degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. - Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. - Practical knowledge of accounts receivable, cost accounting, inventory control, and general ledger management. - Familiarity with Vietnamese tax regulations, particularly VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT. - Ability to prepare accounting reports, reconcile financial data, and identify discrepancies. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments. - Proactive, results-oriented, and responsible in handling assigned tasks. - Willingness to learn, develop professional knowledge, and adapt to changing accounting regulations.
