|
Financial & Accounting Management - Lead and oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations, including financial controls, budgeting, cost management, payments, and investment-related activities. - Develop, maintain, and enhance accounting procedures and internal control systems to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), applicable laws, and internal corporate policies. - Supervise the accounting team to ensure financial records, reconciliations, and reporting activities are completed accurately and on schedule. Cost Control & Financial Analysis - Manage and continuously improve the company's actual costing system to support manufacturing operations. - Monitor financial and operational performance, identifying unusual variances in receivables, expenditures, outstanding manufacturing orders, inventory levels, and purchasing costs. - Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations to management to improve profitability and cost efficiency. - Monitor departmental expenditures and ensure spending remains within approved budgets. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Cash Flow - Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial plans to support business objectives. - Oversee cash flow planning and conduct periodic financial reviews in collaboration with relevant departments. - Manage accounts payable to ensure timely supplier payments while optimizing working capital. - Work closely with the Sales team to monitor outstanding receivables and improve collection performance. - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making. Financial Reporting, Taxation & Compliance - Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission. - Ensure monthly accounting closing is completed within the required timeline, before the 10th working day of the following month. - Supervise tax reporting and compliance matters, including VAT, PIT, CIT, and other applicable tax obligations. - Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, tax authorities, and relevant government agencies on accounting and finance matters. - Ensure compliance with relevant customs regulations and requirements applicable to export-processing enterprises. - Oversee fixed asset management, including accurate asset records and depreciation calculations. - Support senior management in preparing financial proposals and reports for headquarters. - Perform other related duties assigned by senior management. |

| Requirements: | ||||||||||
|
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounting & Finance Manager position within a manufacturing environment. - Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. - Strong experience in manufacturing cost accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management. - Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and develop an accounting team. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Proficient in spoken and written English. - High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
