- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue from both new and existing accounts.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain sustainable, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights for product development and pricing.
- Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of the food ingredients and processing sectors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with technical and R&D teams to align product offerings and deliver tailored solutions to customers.
- Sales Execution: Lead high-impact presentations, product demonstrations, and complex contract negotiations.
- Reporting: Deliver comprehensive monthly reports, including market intelligence and pipeline performance.

Requirements: |

|
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: 3 years of B2B sales experience within the food ingredients or food processing industry. savory is a plus
- Technical Savory: Solid understanding of ingredient applications; experience in Technical Sales or Application Support is highly preferred.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in value-selling, negotiation, and analytical thinking.
- English: Good command of both spoken and written English (professional working proficiency).
