General Role • To manage all aspects of the boutique in line with the commercial strategy approved by the management, and always within the company standards of image and services. • Achieves sales targets and profitability goals • Controls expenses and inventory shortage • Assumes leadership role through effective communication and awareness of staff morale and development • Strengthens retention by emphasizing awareness of people and career development • Ensures consistent high standards of customer service through on-going effective staff training • Responds to customers inquiries and resolves customer issues in timely and appropriate manner • Gathers and provides customer feedback on products to management team Major Responsibilities: • Profit and Loss Management • Sales Management • Buying • Inventory • Merchandising • Customer Service • Team Management • Sales Administration • Communications • Property Management The above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work to be performed by persons assigned to this job classification.
